We structure our pricing to fit your needs.
Common Questions
Do you charge a flat fee or hourly rate for your services?
We usually charge flat fees for our services, except in the case of some graphic design work, we may charge hourly rates. Our work varies widely, and we believe in charging and delivering based on our experience rather than punching a clock with clients. We know that PR is 24/7, and it's not fair to charge clients based on the time we spend on the project. We believe in providing fair and transparent pricing that reflects the value of our services.
Are there any additional costs that I should be aware of?
Clients are responsible for paying all expenses related to the project, which are billed separately. We believe in transparency when it comes to pricing, and we discuss and approve all expenses with our clients beforehand. Our goal is to avoid any surprises and ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of the costs associated with their project.
Can you provide me with a written estimate or proposal for your services?
Absolutely, we can provide a written estimate or proposal for our services. However, we do like to establish the scope of work and budget range with prospective clients beforehand, out of respect for our time. This ensures that we can create an accurate and detailed proposal that meets our clients' needs and expectations. Our team takes the time to understand each client's unique situation and tailor our services accordingly.
What payment options do you offer, and what are your payment terms?
We offer several payment options for our clients' convenience, including check, ACH, credit card (with a credit card processing fee charged by our servicer), Zelle, or PayPal. Payment terms vary depending on the type of project. For one-time projects, clients are typically required to pay upfront or split payments depending on the scope of work. For retainers, we bill at the start of the contract and every month until completion. We always disclose our late fees within the contract to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings.
